1. Judy P. will complete Parking lot plans. This includes getting
   information on removal of tree in SW corner and feasibility
   of black topping the area between sidewalk and street. Plans once
   submitted to Payson City will allow for refund of $350 bond.
   Parking lot action will be postponed until Spring. Bids should be
   Requested.
2. We need one more bid to determine action on Painting of the chapel.
   (Action- Ken J.) Knights will paint the hallway ceiling. (Action-Ray F.)
3. Eurcharist Minister training will be coordinated by Deacon Mick.
   Names should be placed in the Bulletin.
4. Voucher program established. Sandy will notify thrift store employees.
   Information will be provided on the church and on the answering system.

5. Council members are to provide input to Allison on the church web site.
6. Alter servers are to be trained Saturday Nov 30 by Deacon Mick.
7. Copy machine will undergo annual maintenance followed by canceling of
   contract. Church owns this machine.(Action- Ken J.)
8. Father Rob and Deacon Mick are to supply Bio to Sandy for local
   newspapers.
9. Ray Folks will contact cleaning chairpersons to insure that they have
   the necessary help and supplies to effectively take care of their areas.
10. Dividing of the meeting room is postponed. Carpet is requested in
    the lower level class room. (Action Ken J.)
11. Monies from Church account need to be transferred to interest bearing
    Accounts. (Action Fred K.)
12. Children's Christmas party scheduled for Dec 22. Knights
    Will provide Santa and candy. (Action Ray F.)
13. The roof needs to be inspected for damage and possible repairs.
    (Action Ken J & Ray F.) ASAP. Also leaks still exist that must be
    repaired before painting of hallway.
14. Council approves Christmas Vigil Mass at San Andres for 5:00
    followed by Midnight Mass and Sunday Mass in Eureka.
    There will be no 10:00 Mass on Sunday at San Andres.

15. Spanish missalette insert is suggested to give our Spanish
    speaking members a resource to follow. The council does not
    recommend a complete Spanish language mass, but occasional
    parts of the mass including songs be in Spanish. Ruth will
    inquire as to the thoughts of those speaking Spanish regarding this.
    Those who desire a complete Spanish mass should attend Alberta.
16. The Members of the church will be surveyed as to interest in forming
    Scout troops. (Action- Allison-place request in bulletin. Responses
    should be forwarded to Dean Hobbs.)
17. Fred will give financial update at next meeting.
18. Ken will check and clean drains on West side of church.
19. Wally V. will take over gym floor cleaning.
20. Fred will provide cigarette containers.
21. Church will provide any necessary funds to complete the
    Thanksgiving baskets from the Charity account.
22. The Knights will provide assistance for layout of clothing, etc
    on Friday 29 Nov @ 6:30 for the annual giveaway on Sat.
